Team Analysis

A Team Analysis is great way for team members to learn about the strengths, goals, decision making styles and conflict approaches of their team or department members. A Team Analysis allows teams to discover:

  • How to best utilize members’ natural strengths
  • How styles tend to influence communication
  • How styles tend to influence team member’s goals
  • How the team’ styles may influence decision making
  • If a team is missing or dominated by certain styles
  • How best to communicate with people of other styles
  • How to recognize different conflict/stress styles with your team
A Team Analysis begins with each team member completing a standardized leadership assessment. Once each team member has received their individualized assessment debrief, the team meets and is guided through understanding how their team’s styles blend together.
