Stephanie Hardman has over 30 years of experience assisting others to recognize their strengths, goals, priorities and resources. Stephanie helps her clients create successful and fulfilling career and personal lives. In recognition of her coaching work, she has received an International Coach Federation’s Prism Award. Her coaching style is warm, compassionate, courageous and thought provoking with a good dose of humour.
Stephanie received her Executive Coaching certification from the Graduate School of Business at Royal Roads University in 2007 and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She also has a Masters of Arts from UBC in Special Education and Psychology, a certificate in Conflict Resolution (Mediation and Negotiation) from the Justice Institute of BC, and a counselling certification from VCC.
Ms. Hardman worked in the public and higher education systems for over thirty years in the roles of teacher, lecturer, consultant, and administrator. Aside from coaching, she provides training in leadership, managing change, using a “coach approach” with staff, conflict resolution, anger management, team building, dealing with difficult people, as well as many other topics.
